Stratos Innovations is based in El Paso, Texas, right on the border. We buy inventory in the US market and move it into Mexico, where our clients sell it. Being on both sides is the whole point: US supply, Mexican distribution, one company answering for both ends.
It started small, buying and selling phones. As the volume grew, so did the problem: keeping track of hundreds of devices, each with its own cost, condition, and owner, without losing anything along the way.
Nothing on the market did what we needed, so we built it ourselves. Today every iPhone that leaves here goes through a process that records its IMEI, its real battery health measured off the device, its charge cycles, and its physical grade. That record travels with the phone all the way to the customer.
